Depression

just a little poem I wrote about how I feel nowadays and how I always wear a mask if a smile around everywhere so people think im okay.

My emotions are all over the place,

Switched up in an instant, no trace.

One minute happy, then sad,

Like a pendulum that can’t be had.

I don’t know what I’m feeling,

Or where it’s going.

It all comes from deep within,

And the feelings, they keep flowing.

There’s no rhyme or reason,

For why I feel so unclear.

I wish I could understand,

And have control over my fears.
