Depressed, broken and alone.
I am not happy with the life I am living. I feel alone and no one likes me. Worst part, I hate myself too. I blame myself for everything but I am tired of living in pain & misery. I am done with it. I want to change my life forever. I am searching for a friend who also wants to start over. I am new here and I don't know how to use this app. If anyone willing to try to fix life together... I am so sorry that things have been so rough lately. So many of us have gone through periods where we feel lonely and unloveable.

Hey there. Thanks for quick response. Few months back everything was running smoothly but not sure what happened suddenly to me, I stopped everything. I believe pressure of Q4 hit me pretty bad, I started smoking, drinking again. I stopped working for performance but just somewhat kept working. I gained approx 14 kgs in few months due to bad lifestyle. I just became all alone with continuous pressure in my mind. It was like I saw myself sinking down in hole and I gave up. I didn't even tried to come out. I just kept lying and seeing everything going away. I am in toughest phase of my life where I stopped caring for everything. Unfortunately, there was no one for me to support. However, I decided yesterday to give a shot. Currently, I am working on fixing myself & will be glad to have friend in journey.
Well you have a friend on the journey right here. Depression is a bear and it isn't your fault. One thing that always helps me is to remember the role of brain chemicals in all of it. Some of healing comes from patience in realizing even after you have committed yourself to getting better that there will be harder days that come out of nowhere.
It is great that you are getting yourself started in moving forward. What kinds of things are you going to be doing? Different things work better for different people. @discreetChestnut2332
Hi.. I have committed myself to stop smoking & drinking.
Yesterday I had 3 smoke with tea. At that time i said to myself, that it is the last one & will stop intaking sugar also. I have replaced smoke with water. Whenever I feel craving I drink water. I also have decided to eat healthy foods and nothing from outside. I have arranged my environment accordingly. Yesterday my weight was 92.05, and today it is 90.05 kgs. I walked 5000 steps yesterday and arranged my remove. It looks beautiful and I am proud of myself on my decision to take control of my life. I have also started a blog about my journey. Overall, I feel happy.
