Alienating people you care for

I really often have a horrible history of making even the most minor screw ups, there were some people I cared for and i was good terms with them, but yesterday, i kept leaving comments, driving people crazy, and now they just ignore me and even ignore my questions, i wish I was a different person but i'm horrible at giving people space
