Hello everyone, It's been a while since i last check in with you guys and i apologize for my absence. I'm back now so let's jump right into our check in!

1) How are you doing at the moment?

2) What is something in your life that keeps you lifted or hopeful when going through your depression?

3) Do you have any plans for this march?

4) what's on your mind at the moment?

2) What is something in your life that keeps you lifted or hopeful when going through your depression? I have lost hope.

3) Do you have any plans for this march? No plans other then going to my doctor.

4) what's on your mind at the moment? Just staring off into the void.

Hi, rah,

1) How are you doing at the moment? I). My only friend in the world has suddenly become unsupportive, and I am planning to move and start school. I'd like her support, but she thinks I shouldn't move and shouldn't go to school. I am thinking of not talking to her for a while.

2) What is something in your life that keeps you lifted or hopeful when going through your depression? My cat, Chloe.

3) Do you have any plans for this march? packing and doing whatever will be involved to move

4) what's on your mind at the moment? That I would like support. That I hope my move turns out well. That I hope I find a job once I get there.

She has said little things before like she thinks I should just find a job I like and forget about school for now. But I decided to go to school and move. Those are both very big deals. These are very hard things for me. I need her support. I want her to be happy for me. Instead, I am trying to be sensitive toward her and not destroy our friendship over this. But the truth is, she has damaged our friendship. About a month ago, I asked her to be a reference for me, and she said no. She said she "doesn't want to be put in that position for anyone." So, I am honestly going to back away a little. I want to do it for myself.

2) What is something in your life that keeps you lifted or hopeful when going through your depression?.....My Family, My Dog, Sunshine and Good weather, My Faith~

3) Do you have any plans for this March?..... Well, even though its barely the end of the 1st week, we've already taken a trip to the Beach, and celebrated some Family Birthdays....The rest of this month intentions are to continue to get on track with my wellness goals.~

1- I'm doing well thanks for asking and I'm still pushing forward no matter what

2- the things that keep me going and lifted are the memories and my high time when I was at my best, I realize that I'm way better than what I am now and I deserve all the best

3- my plan for this month is to keep helping others and to take some online courses to solidify my status in my work and right now I'm just sipping some coffee while listening to some classical music ☕🎶 cheers
