Hello to all my fellow community!

Welcome to our second check-in of this year! let's proceed with our check in for this week as i don't want to waste our precious time with chit chats.

Check-in questions:

1) How's 2023 been treating you so far?

2) What's taking up most of your headspace at the moment?

3) Are you taking care of yourself physically and mentally?

4) What are you looking forward this year?

All of these questions are optional so you're welcome to answer of these or just answer any questions that you feel comfortable to. And I think that's it for this check-in. @kdsyahirah Hi! 2023 has been treating me pretty well. I have alot of worrying happening going on. Particularly in the morning. I think it's just because I still live with my parents in my mid twenties and they just annoy me, and i dread going out of my room. I just know I have alot to do. And it's annoying that pleasing them is on my list of to-dos. If i ignore them, that's just rude. Anyways i've been in therapy for 3 months or so and i feel i'm ready to quit it again. I have tried last winter as well. I just hope i can reflect on my week here instead of going somewhere that feels like i have pressure to bring up interesting stuff or pressure to reach my goals every week but it's just kind of hard and too many things are distracting me.

@Skyy0 Hi! I'm glad to know that your 2023 has been going well for you :) And I could relate to that,I do have lots of thing to worry about everything at once. And it sounds like you're having through lots of feelings at the moment. I understand what you're saying.   1. Having a pretty rough start but I think I’ll start feeling better soon
  2. probably the start of school, and work and family
  3. I’m doing my best to
