I’m struggling.I’m crying right now.
2. What helps you relax and can you do that for yourself this week?
Going on a long walk or meditating in the sun.I don’t know if I can.I just moved to a new state and I haven’t found places to do these things yet.
3. What pizza topping do you hate?
Bbq anything--I don't hate it but it just doesn't make sense to me

Purpleee :( I'm sorry. I would give you a hug if I could, and if you want it. If it helps, I read somewhere that crying increases resiliency. I've cried an awful lot over my life, and although I've been made fun of by my toxic family members for it (I've always been deemed the "sensitive" one in my family), I find it reassuring that I am more willing to shed tears and acknowledge my emotions than them. I hope that you will be able to find a sanctuary for doing those relaxing activities soon. Sunlight and fresh air are good for mental health; I don't remember when's the last time I was let outside, though. (^_^;;) In my case, I just make do with my bedroom window for letting in the sunlight and air. BBQ on pizza does seem to just enhance a "charred" sort of taste to me, which I dislike. It makes me feel like the pizza got burnt.

@bestVase7265, No, but I have found some places to go walking. I am still very busy with moving boxes, resting, hiding in my room, volunteering, going to church, on and on and on and on. I am pushing myself to be more active again, though.

I'm doing so-so. One on hand, my mental demons are struggling to get back into my mind. On the other hand, I recently received news about a job opportunity that would work wonderfully with my schedule. There are a few potential hitches to it that I need to iron out, though. Ultimately, I do hope that I get the job.
2.) What helps you relax, and can you do that for yourself this week?
There's so many things that can help me relax: reading a good book while munching on yummy food, having a phone call with my closest friend, listening to upbeat and/or goofy music...the list goes on. Yes, I can do that for myself this week; in fact, I've already been doing so. Yay me! :D
3.) What pizza topping do you hate?
Pineapple. *Assumes a defensive stance* Fight me if you dare, all you Hawaiian-style lovers! *Is actually not willing to fight, but ready to protect myself if need be*

The weather where I am has been very autumn-y lately after a period of ice. It was sunny and cold yesterday, with just enough clouds to catch the nearly-full moonlight while I was walking at night. Full moon on Saturday! Any lunar plans? <3

I appreciate the luck. I submitted my resumé a few hours ago after a couple of friends reviewed it. I feel like I'm the only one who isn't positive that I'll get the job, haha. If I do, I'll do what I can to prove my worth. Very beautifully said.
Ooh, that sounds like it made for lovely outdoor scenery! If I remember to do so, I might make a wish on the full moon; I've heard that that lunar phase is best for granting wishes, hehe.

Thank you! I will! Lol, I'm not one to use strong language very often, but I've been thinking of removing the welcome mat to my mind to discourage them from coming back. Haha, yeah, I would rather that we not fight over the pineapple, unless it's something like sword-fighting with empty wrapping paper rolls because that's always fun for me. 1. I’m ok, anxious and nauseous over a conversation had with my mom. Emotionally damaged since she still doesn’t really accept my relationship with my partner and Sunday it’ll be a year together and it just hurts. I understand her and my dad are worried since this is my first relationship and young but I can’t help my emotions and I’ve been in a happy and stable relationship that’s going good and it hurts. 2. I need to take time to myself to read since I’ve been wanting to do it but I’ve had so much work and stress I haven’t been able to 3. I don’t know, the only topping on pizza I really like is pepperoni so I don’t really like others but I’m not opposed to trying other toppings. Thanks for the check in!!
@Rainbowphrog I also have problems with my mom all the time. I am 41, devorced and live with her. She critisizes me and is unhappy with me non-stop. She is true of course, I am dumb, my kids are dumb, I have no relationships and I an failure overall, but what can I do?
I can imagine that it hurts. Parents try to protect you and they can't. They go overboard and then that can hurt even more than just letting things be. @Rainbowphrog
I’m doing okay feeling a little sad since last afternoon, hope today will be better I enjoy going for walks I’ve been on one this week helped a little Pizza topping I hate anything weird 
Walks really do help. They are sometimes hard to start, but when they become a habit you find peace.@Juapat
Yes it’s just starting to get nice ish enough to actually go out and walk , I can’t wait to start walking again

I'm still feeling sick and my body doesn't want food. My mind is overwhelmed and anxiety is starting to add to my depression. I've just been trying to listen to audiobooks or write. Anchovies

Not sure. Anytime I get depressed and anxious I start getting super sick.
I would take Goldcherry's advice - have you tried drinking ice water? I know that it sounds stupid, but it really helps me when I have panic attacks and the anxiety becomes physically overwhelming. @tracis

Reading helps me relax, but I have not time and don't want to do anithing now. Anyway, my mother hates when I read and reading in general.

Everything right now. I have to made myself eat food. It has no taste for me when I am in a bad mood.
If reading helps you relax then do it. Your mother doesn't know what she is talking about. It is a great activity that puts your mind elsewhere. @optimisticHickory2565
1.) I’m doing okay this is my first day trying 7 cups so I’m a little anxious but I’m ready to find help and not be sad and give my self love and care so I can find happiness in my life 2.) yoga, meditation and reading help me relax. I just haven’t had the motivation to do anything. I am going to try this week. 3.) I hate green bell peppers on pizza!! 1. I'm feeling better and happier than the past days and this really makes me feel good! 2. Baking and playing piano are the best things that help me relax and feel more possitive. 3. Oh god I hate pepperoni and ham on pizza, their flavor is so strong that I can barely taste the cheese!! Have an amazing week everyone!

I love to bake cakes and cinammon rolls!!! I'm learning to bake cookies but I everytime I try to make them they burn, are to sweet, or they mess up somehow. But I won't give up and one day my cookies will be the best cookies someone has ever eaten. 🍪☺
