What is your favorite way to create and how does it help you cope with how you’re feeling?

I love to do fluid art like paint pouring. I enjoy it because I can mix a lot of different colors together and I never know how it’s gonna turn out and you can’t really mess it up so you never feel bad about your painting.😊

I don't have a favorite way to create. Each particular art/craft medium has its advantages & drawbacks.

When I first started really "Arting" I used pencil and pen pretty heavily.  In my early 20s a friend encouraged me to start using acrylics and I've been painting ever since.  My art process is typically an exercise in fixing mistakes.  I go into a flow state while working on art, and realized the other day that it's always been a constructive coping mechanism.
