Hi guys,

I (32f) just found out I have adhd and I have a hard time dealing with it. Maybe it's not so much dealing with it as it is me accepting it. Anyone else who went through this?

i just realized at 57 I have ADHD, it was interesting someone different did my hair we got along great and she said you have the same kind of ADHD as me. I said really ?? I google it and yes I absolutely do.

Considering no diagnosis I did well overall but wish I knew it earlier.

There are lots of information on ADHD and glad you are finally diagnosed. You are not alone.
