i remember going for a road trip basically 2 days away from my house. I got to see wild koalas sitting in the eucalyptus trees and even wild emus in the middle of no where. I even convinced my parents to get close to an Australian land mark known as ‘The Dish’ which is the biggest satellite dish in the Southern Hemisphere 😀 how cool is that. I even have a photo of it-
the satellite dish in that photo is what helped land the first people on the moon, and i can say i took a photo of something that helped set history 😛 how awesome is that. Also, The Dish resides in Parks (town) New South Wales (state) Australia (country) (: and i even got to see many other cool things. But seeing the dish was the highlight of the trip :0 and i was also the only one who spotted 2 wild koalas sitting in the trees munching on leaves or sleeping.

Wow emo. It's very interesting to be able to capture something so significant from history.
I also happened to come across something historic recently. Something that was on display in a museum
I guess it's the bottle from which some king used to drink xD
PS: Plastic is indestructible, use it wisely :p
PPS: Drink water 😇

🐨🤗 *saves icecream for another day* 💕🤗 yes, it was very cool. And the sad thing is that a lot of Australia’s don’t even know about The Dish and what it did. And i find that incredibly sad as not many Australians or really people even know what The Dish is.. it’s history and it should actually be taught in schools or just something. :’)
Indeed it should be... That is so sad...
@RideaRainbow
It really is sad that most of my generation has no knowledge on a historic building that helped record a historic event for the whole world. 😔 (movie about it is called “The Dish” and it tells what really happened)
@emotionalTalker2260
Aww that's so thoughtful, and agreed too, there should be more awareness about such cool things that have impacted lives in one way or another. Thanks for sharing and educating us today, emo, certainly quite interesting to know. *huggles* 🤗

👩🎓 hehehe i am glad to share some of my knowledge 🤗
Sitting in a tiny little Irish garden drinking tea first thing in the morning, in my girlfriend's slippers and dressing gown. There is a peaceful blue sky, chill breeze and a metal garden table with umbrella where we sip our drinks, and just be... together.
