Remember when you tried something for the first time, how did you feel about it ? Was it exciting, nerve wracking , nonchalant , mix of everything at once ? But hey, however the feeling was , you did try it then and perhaps you're engaging in it ever since . Sometimes our best efforts might not be rewarded with the best results or even results we would like to see , but just simply trying and giving our best is quite something too ~ worth a praise and worth reassuring to keep on trying again and worth a pat on your back for even thinking about trying and willing to take a step forward. 💜 What is something you tried recently? How do you feel about it ? ( remember, it is one thing to get what you wanted to by that trial but another to even have the will to try at something, we want to acknowledge our efforts even when the results are not what we want or not quick to show up for us ) 💜 What is something you'd like to try soon ? Why ? ...See more Hi all! I am very very sorry about writing here. The war drives me mad, I lived in Germany for several years. Now the longer the war continues the more I feel I should not be a part of a society here. Am I intrinsically evil? I do my best, but I cannot stop the war or really help anyone really. I am considering suicide, but I have dependants here that I need to support. When I volunteer at the station, I feel guilty and as an impostor. When I am at work, I feel that I'm taking someone else's place. My European friends just tell that I should not overthink, but the war is the only thing on my mind. I spend most of my time with Russians or Ukrainians now and the war is everything we talk about. Do you think there is anything I could do to redeem myself or is death really the only salvation a person of my origin can have? Can someone who can't stop evil be a part of a society - any society really - but especially here in Europe? I am very sorry I am asking. I really try to do my best, but depression intervenes with my ability to support others, family or refugees or Ukrainian initiatives. I try to make sense of everything and understand how to be a stronger person. If I have to overthrow Putin, I need mental strength and an unbreakable moral core. I need advice - or a bullet through my skull. Please and sorry. I really want to become an optimism, and believe that every day is one day closer to the end of the war and a fascist regime of my country. But all I see in the future is darkness.

...See more Hi my travelers!! 🌏 Today I will be presenting Pot of Creme! I know I'm not European I'm hispanic but it's something I learn today. Today is National Pot of Creme Day! 🍨 On August 27th, National Pots De Creme Day sets the table with a delicious custard dessert. Collect your ramekins, because this day gives you another excuse to use them! Recipes for this delightful French dessert date back to the 17th century. Its name means “pot of custard” or “pot of creme” which also refers to the baking dish. While a pots de creme traditionally bakes in small pots with lids, they may also be baked in other small porcelain dishes. On the spectrum of custards, pots de creme is a loose custard. It should not be set when baking completes. Which means they are mixed with sweetened milk and egg So please don't eat it if your allergic to them!
