Hi @Ninziesss, I'm so proud of you for standing up for yourself at work!
What are the things you are proud of that happened?
- I met the requirements for early graduation in both of my 7 cups Academy programs right before the 1st of this month, now I can focus on contributing articles in the Healthy Living subcommunities as well as lead Healthy Living discussion circles

I was proud of myself for not bottling up the anger, regret, sorrow, and sadness, and i was able to let it out. Although i didn't come out the way i wanted for it to come out, Im just glad it did.

I am proud for keeping my diet near my boyfriend who is not on diet, and having exercise outdoors and going to the church. It is all part of my recovery.
