Here are few examples:

💓 Nature Walk Meditation- Take a mindful walk in nature. Pay attention to the sounds, smells, and sensations around you. It's a great way to clear your mind and connect with the outdoors.

💓 Gratitude Journal- Start a simple gratitude journal. Each day, jot down three things you're grateful for. Reflecting on positive aspects of your day can improve your overall well-being.

💓 Personalized Affirmation Cards- Create small cards with positive affirmations or inspirational quotes. Keep them in a jar and pull one out for a boost of positivity.

I'm not quite there (or anywhere lol) with self care yet, but trying to continually work on the basics, good sleep, nutritious food, some physical activity (I like taking walks while listening to music~ that's *peak* self care for me hehe), be more present, in nature etc. Thanks for asking. How about you? How does caring for Panda's-self looks like?

🔸️ I installed an app on my phone called Toobee. It sends out a self-affirmation reminder every hour. You can customise the affirmation and the time that you wish to get the reminders!

🔸️ I track my mood and emotional health through an app called MindDoc. I can answer questions the app provides up to three times each day. Every two weeks, I get the results and can send them to my therapist to review. 😊

So nice of you to share it with us.. I myself can apply this idea.. Getting self affirmation through phone is brilliant way to keep oneself motivated and going..
