I like "mindful moments", so important to just take out time to actually feel alive and live through what we are doing. Even simple activities like eating or walking or talking or painting etc can be done mindfully, becoming more aware and being more present in the moment and it does make a looootttt of difference, if you are consistent enough to observe and realise.πŸ₯°

Totally agree with you on the power of mindful moments, they're like little anchors in the chaos of life, aren't they? Personally, I find solace in a mix of things – starting my day with some yoga stretches, taking leisurely walks in nature, jotting down thoughts in a journal, and of course, indulging in a good book with a cup of tea.
