For me, it's more accessible, good quality health care. 💛 Also, less stigma in mental health care.

@SilverSeastar I'm ok, my day was quiet ❤ thanks for asking. to make the world a better place. Well I think healthcare should be free and available to everyone (if that could ever be possible) I wish those who work, shouldn't have to work doing back breaking Labour and long hours, and still barely have enough money for life's basics. (I don't think this one will ever be a reality either)

But there is something we can all do to change the world, just one kind deed at a time. ❤

Whatever you do to make the world better, the matrix still gonna take you back to the loop. So find and break that pattern first. And you have a better world.

@SilverSeastarthis says it all for me at present. I was slipping to the third row recently and jumped forward to the front row!

Riding roller-coasters release brain chemicals, including adrenaline, dopamine and cortisol, stimulate a natural high and give you a boost of energy that makes you feel more alert, alive and able to scream your lungs out!

Even if we can't ride the coaster we can sing out loud, laugh out loud and enjoy that natural high with friends and family... just by being carefree!
