Flourishing Challenge Master Post
Hi everyone,
The Flourishing Challenge is our latest community challenge designed to help you assess how you are thriving and what areas you can improve in to boost your flourishing. Our wellness involves a journey and we are always excited to further support your journey with research-backed tools and strategies.
Flourishing is the gold standard for measuring well-being. It is a multi-dimensional concept that refers to the process of making an active effort to pursue key well-being areas such as positive emotion, engagement, relationships, meaning, and accomplishment.
Researchers at Harvard University have studied flourishing and determined 6 key areas/aspects: Happiness and Life Satisfaction, Physical and Mental Health, Meaning and Purpose, Character and Virtue, Close Social Relationships, and Financial/Material Stability.
We will be exploring these areas during each week of this challenge!
This challenge lasts for 4 weeks and you can start it at any point. As always, you can follow along the challenge using this growth path too. This master post also lists out the weekly daily activities (all links in blue are clickable):
