Getting irritated over PCOS
Hi, recently I have been diagnosed with PCOS, for that i had the medications. Somehow it is not working for me yet. And the mood swings are one the roll now. I always feel like crying, i am having itching down there. In total it is messed uo. Inside my body and my mind. I am not able to keep my calm anymore. Its been really really irrirating and overwhelming for me ar this stage. I feel like something worse is about to happen and i am just getting anxious for that to happen only. I am really really really hating myself right now for taking care of this body.
Is there anyone who dealt with the same and have any word of advise. I am just rired ar this point, physically and mentally and emotionaly.

Hello, I also have PCOS. From my experience, it took some time for the medication to work. Given your symptoms though, it may help to revisit your physician, if you haven't yet. Perhaps they can switch it to something else and are overall more knowledgeable. I can understand you are tiered though and exhausted. It can be very hard to manage this condition. <3 💛
Hello there I can understand your situation . You may feel strange and disgusting by my opinion , I suggest you to use intiwash for itching down there , and avoid pads on period use washed ironed or use cloths which is dried by sunny area , and if possible wash *** with hot water like hot should be bearable by you. by this I m not saying your problem will be solved but itching can be solved, and using pads on our period can kill good bacteria of our inner parts due to chemicals in pads and it can create heat inside our utres , so someone suggested me to not use pads and use cloths so I started to follow that and it worked for me , but I don't have pcod , but I have itching problem , so I avoid wearing nickers at home I just wear pants instead , please don't laugh at me please try it for some time gradually itching can be solved I feel
A lof of medications cause thrush or yeast infections. Boric acid believe it or not is one of the quickest fixes you can have for yeast inbalance when applied vaginally internally. DO NOT EAT. It is poisonous despite the fact its natural. But mood swings from Pcos meds is not standard, although that doesn't mean it doesn't occur. IF a medication is making you feel very bad in anyway short of chemo, keep hounding your doctor about it. Bceause if youre constantly in stress or pain, your body isn't healing much because it can't as it tends to these other disorders. And if youre doctor doesn't seem to be hearing you or dismissing you, find another one. Sometimes you have to go through a few different doctors before you find one that can solve it. Doctors are like people, some are good at what they do, some are bad at it, some learn once and never learn again, some stay progressive with more current theories and medical studies. But contrary to what most people think, doctors are not omnipotent beings. They have faults, flaws and biases just like anyone. And that can affect your treatment.
