Hello, Career! Embracing My First Job Experience!

Ubebe October 9th

Breaking into the workforce!

There's a lot of things that come to mind about what it's like going to be, and 😚🥰😳😮 I did not expect it to be different from what I imagined. Say, How do you navigate in an office of introverted co-workers? Although I'm an introvert myself, how am  I suppose to ask questions when it's hard to break the silence that seems to bring comfort to them?

How about you guys, how's it like over there?

@Ubebe
Written communication does wonders for me as an introvert. I prefer the thoughtful unhurried exchange of text, be it email or direct message.

In person, I try for undisruptive small talk and I also ask a lot of open-ended questions.

@Heather225  right! written communication seems less nerve-wracking, undisruptive small talks also does the work, although I still need to work on my open-ended questions.
