1. What is ATS? 
   • Applicant Tracking System, or simply ATS, is a tool commonly used by hiring professionals and companies in their recruitment process. Its main function is to gather, organize, examine, and prioritize the resumes submitted for their available job roles.
     
     
2. What does ATS do?
   • The ATS scans the content of a resume into various sections and searches it for pertinent keywords or skills that match the desired job role. 

I know, exciting right? Well, we cant give advice on how-to build an ATS-friendly resume, but Google (or any engine) is your best friend where you can learn more about it!
