Struggling with bipolar and alcohol and drugs problems

Hello community,


I have been diagnosed with bipolar 1.5 years ago and I struggle with not drinking and doing drugs every time I go out. I know the solution but it’s so difficult to say to no.

I’m trying sobriety again but its not easy. I would really like it this time to be forever so I’m going to put all my strength into it. I found this app and hope it helps

Both to be honest, tomorrow will be 1 week of complete sobriety which is a good step I think
