Question about Voices

Do you ever "sense" the presence of your voices? Like when you feel a person close by or sense someone approaching? Or is it just an auditory thing?

@HidaYasu Just want to add that I was recently diagnosed with schizoaffective disorder, and what I get are "thoughts" that aren't mine, not necessarily visual or auditory hallucinations, so I don't really know if this is normal, or I have something else.
