Am I schizophrenia or something else
I've been have issue like hearing my name called or even yelled in a a room even if there is Noone sometime I can talked to it or j just heard screams. I've seen things briefly like shadow. Like when I drove recently I saw something coming towards me on my left and I jumped really hard I got ask what's wrong and they didn't see it. So am I crazy, schizophrenic or something else.
Also I know there are many more symptoms of schizophrenia but just wondering
U might just have psychosis like me or you might have schizophrenia how about go to a doctor
Thank and I would like to but it hard going to doctors due to cost and time. I was just wondering if there is ways to learn to cope or deal with it.
Well I wouldn't say you are or maybe I mean I've been hearing whistling for years when I'm alone and when I'm with people so I may be but I assume it's an anxiety thing and try not to think about it much or you really will drive yourself crazy just take deep breaths and brush it off that's what I do I stop what I'm doing and breath in and out until it stops than continuing what I'm doing, hope this helps 😄
