I will make this shorter since I must have overwhelmed people in my last post. 😕
What are some triggers for you bipolar episodes? When do you know it's coming? What do you look out for?

@littleKiwi6586 sometimes it's random, but other times stress with my family or marriage definitely trigger downward swings that can affect me for several days
