I was just thinking about this today. I have bipolar 1 and my mood swings flare up during my cycle to the point of severe levels of anxiety and depression. I believe it is possible. You can always check with a doc about the diagnosis

I knew someone when I was in residential who was bipolar & had PMDD! At least that’s what she said. I wasn’t her doctor so I’m not entirely sure.
