I feel overwhelmed trying learn the different areas/roles. Any suggestions for what my first step should. I am interested in becoming certified as a listener. I also need to have a long term listener/mentor.

Hi, If you enrol as a listener you will be taken through the active listening training. To find a long term listener try using the search function in Browse listeners?
