Autism motivation

I always struggled with cleaning my room but today at seven pm I wanted to find a cute outfit for tomorrow and I got it it smelled it and went ew this smelled horrendous! So I ended up grabbing all the dirty clothes and washing them then I went oh well might as well pick up trash and that turned into a whole room cleaning session and now I have no motivation to continue-

For people like us, it's really hard to catch up the things that we leave in the middle. So I prefer to not stop the work unless I complete it. Even though i'll be saying, "I'll do it later", deep down I know that there's only 1% chance that i'll take it in hand again.
While doing anything, i like to play white noise on background to keep me away from distractions.
