I've been going to my head of year about my mental health and how I'm very overloaded by noise and school have done nothing and don't care.

Hey, well done on reaching out that takes a lot of courage and I'm sorry to hear that your efforts hasn't paid off. Is there anything that you think would help, like maybe using headphones, you could say to your year head?

I've emailed her about the fact that listen to music helps and wearing my headphones help but she never responded.
