HELP! Not feeling supported

StressedGirl February 22nd

Having a shut down related to horrible social worker and 'support staff' not supporting.  Keep chucking small talk at me when I told them not to.

@StressedGirl I'm so sorry to hear that you're feeling unsupported. It's incredibly frustrating when those who are supposed to be providing support don't seem to understand your needs. It's important to have your boundaries respected, and it's not okay for them to continue with small talk when you've expressed that it's not helpful. I'm here if you need someone to talk to, take care <3

@Mya000 Thnk you.  I'm so confused where my black and white thinking comes from? I thought it was autism, but it seems to emulate anxiety and depression both of which I've been diagnosed with as well as autism and also ADHD, BPD?

@StressedGirl It's understandable to feel confused when facing multiple diagnoses, and it's common for different conditions to overlap in their symptoms. I would encourage you to discuss your concerns and observations with your healthcare provider.

@Mya000 They don't understand tho - I've only got social work or 'support' staff who don't understand :/ like at all

@StressedGirl I hear you. It can be incredibly frustrating when the people around us, especially those who are meant to offer support, don't fully grasp what we're going through. In the meantime, if there's anything specific you'd like to talk about or if you just need someone to listen, I'm here for you.
