Does anyone else mask around their family?

I was recently on vacation with my family, and I realized how much I mask around them… to the point that my medication wasn’t working… my family is WITHOUT A DOUBT neurodiverse. But I still feel the need to mask around them..? I have a theory as to why, but it still kinda sucks 😕 I was doing my quirky tic things in the car on my way back, as I finally had an outlet!

anyone else have this problem?

noo one in my family knows ive been depressed for almost 4 years so i think i know what you mean. there are 4 opotions

-never tell them

-tell 1

-tell a few

-tell them all

try 1 and tell me what happens
