Hello, i have had social anxiety since my childhood. I live in small family with my mom and grandfather, so they are always busy in their works and i don't get to talk much. Im quiet in home and college and i don't have communication skill i always freak out when it comes to talking. i like art so i join architecture college. But it has a lot of communication involve of design n client... which i really can't do. I thought it would get better with time n i will learn it but its same i always get nervous around people and i haven't even talk with my classmates properly. I am always alone in class, recess, and other activities... i just don't like it i sometime try to talk with them but i think they don't even want to be near me. I don't now what can i even do.. i am not attending classes regularly, my grades r degrading day by day.. i am not finding any motivation to do my assignment. I just want to quit everything. I don't think i can do any works in future. No matter how hard i try it just doesn't get better....

Sounds that you think you don't have enough chance to build up your social skill since your childhood. You are worried people don't even want to be next to you. I can tell that you have no confidence in your social skill, which takes a big part of your career path in the future. It is not easy to cope with this. Sorry it sure hard, but it has a way to do this. This will be practice stopping "anxious thinking and inaccurate thinking" skills. Let me know if you want to know more about it or how it works for you. Good luck!
