...See more I think my uncle is suffering from mental issue. He always seems sad, talk negative things n behave weirdly. I try to cheer him but it doesnt work. His negativity is affecting everyone in the house so other members doesnt seems to like him that much. I really wanna help him but idk what to do.. ????

...See more Hello, i have had social anxiety since my childhood. I live in small family with my mom and grandfather, so they are always busy in their works and i don't get to talk much. Im quiet in home and college and i don't have communication skill i always freak out when it comes to talking. i like art so i join architecture college. But it has a lot of communication involve of design n client... which i really can't do. I thought it would get better with time n i will learn it but its same i always get nervous around people and i haven't even talk with my classmates properly. I am always alone in class, recess, and other activities... i just don't like it i sometime try to talk with them but i think they don't even want to be near me. I don't now what can i even do.. i am not attending classes regularly, my grades r degrading day by day.. i am not finding any motivation to do my assignment. I just want to quit everything. I don't think i can do any works in future. No matter how hard i try it just doesn't get better....
