Anyone knows how I can overcome my anxiety? I struggle to meet new people and people often find me childish or boring...

@whoisxuen2 Hey, I had social anxiety too. I understand it might be really difficult for you. I'm glad you are trying. I did certain things to overcome it. First step for everything is self love. We need to realize that our happiness is not totally dependent on other people & we should try not to blame ourselves for everything. Say for example, when we talk we think that other people might judge us. Our part is to try, we can't control the outcome of it. So, try not to think about the outcome. I know it is going to be hard for few days but don't give up. When we try to learn something, we do fail at times. It doesn't make us a weak person. Second step would be to try to involve with people. Don't try to fit in, instead learn something from everyone. What I do is that I take certain challenges & connect other people through it. Like rn I'm taking a 30 days art challenge. When you start doing a bit of that, you start feeling comfortable with those people. You can do challenges like reading books, about a particular sport etc. Also, remember your goal. You can try journaling too. Like make a to-do list and add that you will try to talk to one stranger today or take part in a competition. Try meditation & everything that calms you. :)
