Self Help Book Suggestions
Hi everyone!
I really like self help books to try and help with social anxiety because I like how you can read them in your own time and at your own pace (I love talking to a therapist but sometimes I get kinda overwhelmed and forget everything I wanted to say hahah!) So I was just wondering if anyone had some good suggestions of self helps books that they've read and enjoyed??
