I love my friends so mcuh but I feel like all all I do is annoy them. I don;t know weather I'm actually being snnoying or not but its stresses me out so much. One of the thing that makes me really anxious is the idea of my friends leaving me or ghosing me. I feel helpless when I am alone I scares me so much. I struggel with coping with this i dont know how to deal with it .

@Hattie02 thank you for sharing here. I do believe you love your friends very much here. I personally can't tell you if you are being annoying to your friends or not. Can I suggest maybe go to the one friend you trust most and ask this honestly to them. Or you can accept that you are fineheart Also mindfulness grounding. When you do this, you give yourself time to collect yourself and check in. Like how is my body doing? How are my thoughts- are they filled with worry or fear? Mindfulness helps you to accept what you can not change and let's you deal with it being "ok" I know, this might all sound weirdo, please maybe watch this video :

Also hun, being ghosted,abandoned or left alone is a terrible feeling to have let alone fear you might have. hugsheartNoone of us really know who is coming or going. Just to enjoy this day with them. As I suggested above do you think you can share on this with one of those friends who you trust ? Maybe they will share on something that can help you feel more secure and comfortable with the relationships with your friends. I do hope you can find some closer on these feelings/thoughts. Hugsheart
