Public transport
Hii,
I often experience panic attacks on public transport, the amount of people standing (too) close to me (in my opinion) makes me feel like I cant breathe and I am going to choke.
My brother lives +/- 2 hours away and asked me if i could visit him this week. Id love to, but Im affraid to use public transport, scared of a panic attack. Does anyone has tips how to stop this fear from becoming any worse before it causes me to not use public transport anymore? (I actually do need it if I want to go to a university next year....)

Do you think having a friend ride with you and talk to you would distract you enough that you wouldn't panic? I used to get very anxious in cars and then I started talking to my rideshare drivers and it helped a lot.

halla there! maybe ye could try to experiment with some of these tricks such as;
1 take yer ride during least crowded hours
2 bring along yer favourite stuffs of which ye could be engrossed in positively, to bask as ye have the ride, and to pass the time
3 listen to random tunes that give ye chill vibes
4 imagine ye'r son goku whom is riding on his awesome cloud in the midst of that crowd ye'r stuck with!
