Just a question!

Hi lovely people <3

I am not very familiar with Anxiety yet as I have it for a few months. But one of my main concerns and annoyances is that I get nausea quite frequently in difficult situations. It gets to the point of not being able to talk anymore because I would just throw up. I thought it was all in my head about feeling sick but the other day I actually did throw up and it really scared me. If anyone has tips about this, please let me know! I would love you forever.

I'm sorry you've been dealing with this - I've experienced it too. Anxiety can induce nausea and get so bad that you actually vomit from stress. All you can do is use breathing exercises and maybe step away from the situation if you can to get yourself together and calm down. 7 Cups has breathing/meditation exercises which you could try out when you're feeling anxious. However, your best option would be to consider seeing a doctor who can send you to CBT or maybe try medication, which I found to be very useful in stopping it. I wish you well ♥
