I have had panic attacks from thinking about the fact that I haven't had a panic attack in a long time.

@WalrusWasPaul My anxiety has been pretty constant lately, so I haven't had this happen in a while, but if I feel too relaxed, it can make me feel a bit panicky. Strange, isn't it? I wonder why that happens.

Hi @WalrusWasPaul anxiety can be quite stange and unpredictable. Perhaps the constant thinking about your panic attacks made you anxious thinking about having another one.

Takes it easy stay calm and have a few deep breaths

It's strange how what we fear may be what arises. It's a paradox in that what we avoid, results in its further growth. Usually panic attacks have some sort of trigger or beginning to them. Do you know what started that process or what that looked like to activate another one? Hope you take care and do deep breathing even if Willy Wonky doesn't think it's useful :)

I'm sorry you had a panic attack after thinking about how you haven't... :( that is so inconvenient:( It seems like it makes you feel scared that you're going to have one again someday... I hope one day that won't happen and you'll be able to smile instead of having a panic attack.
