Guys i have social phobia iam very afraid to talk to people outside home i feel so afraid to talk with people iam very shy i have no control of my self when iam with friends because iam so stressed please respond☹

I am 19 and have had social anxiety since 5th grade. You are not alone and I empathize with you a lot. I always feel uncomfortable and out of place in social situations even if I’m around friends. I overthink everything I say to the point where it becomes so mentally exhausting.
