How to deal with fear of change, fear of moving, fear of buying house, fear of a new relationship, fear of occasion ? I noticed people who like changes are morehappier and successful people

Haven't either figures that one out, anxiety i just there and change slaps you in the face, when it happens you just gotta give it time to get used to it all, and some things is worse then others.
I'm sure theres some sort of therapy or ways to get rid of it, but certain types of people need certain types of comfort and even with training, something will still be hard for your soul.
