Beating my anxiety

I am coping up with my anxiety and fear of not going to get well. I am doing better now as i stopped thinking too much and start focusing in good things. After recovering from covid this were major post symptoms i had . I have tried all the medications but nothing helped me . I was going through with serious insomnia. I have spent almost month with sleepless night. I started doing many things like mediation and exercise i am getting better as I don't think too much about from now on. Its written in bhagvad geeta * bas karam kar fal ki chinta mat kar* so thats what i remember every time i feel anxious. I hope this thread will help you understand the things we ignore the most while facing anxiety. Take care guys!!!!

Hi @Drishtiizz! Thank you so much for sharing. I can relate to an extent, having struggled with long-term anxiety myself. Do be kind to yourself! It's not your choice to experience anxiety. heart I am glad that you have found things that help you though smiley I'm sure many will find your story comforting as it's a reminder that things can be better.
