Anxiety and sleeping problems?

Hello. Usually I hear about how people with anxiety suffer from sleeping problems as well, especially where you don't sleep enough. However, that is not the case for me. I am not good at falling asleep and if my sleeping pattern gets messed up it's really difficult for me to sleep, but when I am asleep I can sleep for a very long time. I am always tired, but not because I don't get enough sleep. It sometimes seems like it is due to social situations throughout the day, because I find them so so so exhausting. So... this post is just me being curious as to if I am the only one that feels this way?
