panic attacks
hey everyone
um so like im really struggling with panic attacks atm theyre becoming super severe and getting longer.
and now im having a panic attack or two each day and people are judging me and i get bullied because of it.
does anyone have any tips to like avoid a panic attack cause ive tried really hard to stop them and its just worse now x

Similar to @syydC , I definitely think you should try meditation if you havent already. I was skeptical initally, but it really allows you to relax and gives you this feeling of peace afterwards. I have been meditating almost every day for the past week, and feel it has positively impacted my life. It doesnt take too long, there are some you can do that are a few minutes to start. I also think writing is a really good idea. I find that writing can not only release those emotions, but allow you to understand them better. Best of luck to you! You can and will make it through :)
