@independentSailboat3979 - I'm really sorry you're feeling this way. It sounds like you're dealing with so much right now, and it's completely understandable to feel overwhelmed and exhausted. It's brave of you to share this, and I want you to know that you're not alone. There are people who care and want to support you. It's okay to take things one step at a time, even if it's hard to see progress. If you'd like, you can share more about what's been going on or what might help you feel a little better. Feel free to reach out to me directly, I'm here to listen.

Hi @independentSailboat3979,

I’m really sorry to hear that you’re feeling this way. It sounds like you’re carrying a lot right now, and losing your best friend must make everything feel even heavier. Overthinking can be exhausting, especially when it feels like it’s affecting your relationships and daily life.

That said, I can see a lot of strength in your post. The fact that you’re aware of these patterns and have a strong desire to change shows that you care deeply about your relationships and your well-being. Reaching out here takes courage, and it’s a significant first step toward building the connections and support you’re looking for.

You don’t have to go through this alone. This community is here to listen and support you without judgment. If you’d like, I’d be happy to listen, or you can connect with others here who understand what you’re going through. You deserve kindness, patience, and a friend to help you along the way.

Take care, and remember—we’re here for you.
