i feel like i can't speak.
my anxiety has gotten so bad...that like i physically cant to say anything. to anyone. even like to my brother.
but i guess it's for the best
i never really speak anyways. and when i do, its a mistake u know. everything that i say or do is just horrible. I really hate myself because of it.
and now my anixety is like this. its really painful
im not really sure what to do anymore to be honest :\
