i am trying to detox from the computer
I will try to stay away from the computer till monday, today is friday, well today I will use computer, so I will try to take day off from today at night till monay, i am super adicted to the computer and computer games, and i procrastinate in every single thing in my life. I have to take my dog to the doctor, go myself to the doctor, and do other things and be sociable but i dont.
So this is my list of things I should do for tomorrow.
1 take my dog to the doctor.
2. go be sociable and do one activity and be sociable
3 dont use the computer for tomorrow and day after tomorrow,
4 try to keep the house clean
5 take my dog for walks and play with him :) yay
6 make drawings, and to not procrastinate
7 go outside and dont stay in home much
in a few hours i will go back home and will be so empty lonely, so i will have to put up with the anxiety
i am in my mom`s hour now using her computer, i kinda took my computer from the living room and put it in one of the rooms, the internet does not reach that room, and the i unpluged all the cables to make it harder for me to use it , i know i will feel anxious but i will have to try my best to not use the computer, see if i can survive the first night of post apocalyptic non -computer world.. lol.. (see the irony there.. lol. ) how long can i survive away from the internet.. ..lol

@ReadBooksDrinkTea first day went wrong, i binged playing computer games since 12 pm to 12 am . lol not very good, so i need to stop it .. lol..
@talktomeok It can be tough. You may need to gradually wean yourself away by not sitting down to the machine like until an hour after you wake up or shut it off an hour before you go to sleep, etc.
@talktomeok I do this all day everyday. My computer is like my comfort zone, Playing games keeps me relaxed and distracted from many things.
