when i heard someone passing by my door, i feel afraid

when i open my instagram and see the notifications for my dm, i feel afraid

i keep anticipating shame, humiliation

@chonamgyulx1 I am sorry you have that awful imagine of yourself, that's not nice at all. I would feel terrible. Sounds like you have been humilliated a lot?
