honestly i’ve been trying to not let the negativity get to me but it’s just too hard
i literally worry about things every single damn day. but it's too much for me the more i've grown the more things i've started to worry about and honestly at this point i feel like it's basically just making my life horrible. lmao i worry about ANYTHING and to be honest i don't even know if i can get out of it at this point it's just too much.
im so scared about where my life is going because i can see how it's going now and i don't want it to stay like this and as i said i have no idea at all how i'll get out of it, unless magically something solves one of my worries and gradually everything else starts to click but lol i know that probably won't happen.
the people around me won't listen to me either i feel like i'm never heard and it fucking sucks. oh and you might say well then find other people I HAVE my god i promise you i have but it's always just the same cycle basically. people let me down most of the time i usually give people too much credit and it really makes you stop trying in the end. and i'm also quite shy and i think i have social anxiety so it's not like i can change things just like that.
what the fuck am i supposed to do

Here are some generic ideas that may or may not apply to you.
Perhaps if you want to... try to..
Get on a daily growth path in some way.
Pick a simple way to improve that might make you feel good in some way that is meaningful to you.
Work on that simple thing daily until you get progress. Keep it tiny and simple so success is almost guaranteed. Then repeat tiny-easy step by tiny-easy step. Then repeat on another thing.
Also... maybe if you want to...
Do more activity where you focus on the moment of what you are doing and can do.
Do less drifting off in the mind and thinking about what could happen or what did happen. Less rumination.
If you find yourself in-the-mind physically inactive and mainly just worrying, then catch yourself and cycle away from that. Instead switch to a real life activity to do right away. Get up an do something meaninful and simple with focused attention on what you are doing. Repeat that anytime you worry about something that worrying won't help.

Figure out your mental process patterns by thinking about them in a detached way.
Then see how you could perhaps change them. Get replace the patterns that don't seem to be working with experiments that might work. Keep at it until you make progress.

Identify reasons you are getting stuck.
To see a list of reasons that some people get stuck on, perhaps look the list at my profile page. Perhaps you'll see a few imporaant things that jump out at you that could maybe help you if you focus on one or two of those things in particular because they are things you think are causing you issues. Sometimes just realizing what the root cause of the worring problem is can help lead you to good solutions. Knowing the real problem is a big part of finding the solution.
