Your take on Anxiety

Hi! So i thought i'd make this thread for anyone to write anything about their experiance/feelings of anxiety. You can write a story, describe how you feel, make a poem or whatever else you want.

I think it can sometimes be good to just be able to write down whatever you're thinking about or experiencing at the moment even if it's messy or not thought out, and maybe it will lift some weight off your chest.

Okay, here's my little text, feel free to write yours <3

I have no idea what i feel, but my legs are shaking. Heartbeat faster. Forced breathing. I'm so focused on the way my body feels, i know this is anxiety for me. My thoughts come and go in the speed of light, and i'm not even sure of where my feelings stem from. Who cares if i exist? Do i have a future? I have so many questions but no one to answer them. Am I even looking for an answer? All i know is that my body is fighting to survive, but what exatly is it fighting against with no clear threat in sight?

I'm so sorry that you're going through this! Anxiety for me is always dissociating, fast heartbeat, shaking, palpitations etc 😭

It's a daily struggle, but it's worth it 💙
