Hey there! I was frustrated and reached out to a listener. I’m so glad this is a free service as I have been laid off recently. I worked out this evening and it helped keep anxiety in check. Also, volunteering at a homeless shelter takes me out of my “poor me” mindset. I go in the morning to volunteer. If I didn’t do all these things I’d probably be frozen in the bed with anxiety.

I’m new here, thank you for sharing! I relate. I started working out this week and I definitely agree with you about it helping with anxiety. I go to the gym 2 hours a day. It’s been nice being back in the gym to release stress.
