Uneasy stomach

I feel anxiety in my stomach. It starts churning and I feel like I can't eat because of it. And it hurts. I try breathing and I try to make myself calmer but it takes a while for my stomach to feel better. Where do you all feel anxiety?

same with me , i feel the stomach upset when i feel anxious. and it gets easy when the anxious moment finally approaches. ❤️

I am sorry to hear that you have been having a hard time with anxiety. I often feel anxiety through my whole body, mostly in my torso, but it kind of goes everywhere.
