The current situation is making me feel anxious

Hello. I don't know about you but the current situation is scaring me. I've been self isolating for almost two weeks and I am not feeling good. I am scared and anxious and I don't know what to do. On top of that I just lost my job 2 days ago because of the pandemic.

I moved to a new city with my boyfriend a couple of months ago and since then things haven't been great. I have no friends and I sometimes feel alone.

Can you please give me some advice on how to keep my mind off of things.

@funnybutterfly Hi. I'm from Manila. I've been feeling anxious as well. I've been sick with low grade fever for 4 days now. Sadly, I'm not showing enough symptoms to get me tested, and this adds to my anxiety. People at home aren't strictly following the quarantine. I want to get out to alleviate stress, but I have nowhere to go. I just want this fever to go away. My bf isn't really helping either and says that I just keep complaining about my situation. I know how you feel. I hope this pandemic ends soon.

@funnybutterfly hi dear! I come from Italy, second state most affected by the virus; here we can do absolutely nothing, only doctors can go to work. A decree yesterday stated that you cannot even go out to go for a run or to stretch your legs. If you feel anxious, you could watch videos on youtube where they recommend different physical exercises, to keep mind and body busy! Or maybe read a good book, ordering or downloading it from the internet! To not feel alone, maybe you could make a live video on instagram, alone or with someone. in my country many famous people do this, and I think it can be very useful for not feeling alone!
